ABOUT KAIZEN

Consistency, witnessed.

Kaizen is built around a practical idea: progress is easier to discuss when there is a clear record of what you intended and what you did.

01

Why Kaizen exists

It is easy to write down an ambition and harder to keep turning it into action. Kaizen brings goals, daily commitments, evidence and peer review into one place so a small group can support a consistent routine.

02

Rooted in Nairobi. Open to your group.

Kaizen is operated by Brian Bichage, based in Nairobi, Kenya. Our examples and starting timezone reflect that home, while groups elsewhere can choose a timezone that works for them.

The name reflects gradual improvement through repeated effort. Kaizen’s purpose is to support that work with a useful tool; it does not promise a particular personal or professional result.

03

Clarity and care

Private groups, creator-only private milestones, visible review history and optional fines give people a clear way to work together. We explain who can see information in the privacy policy and welcome questions about the service.
