Tell us which part of the app you are using, what you expected and what happened. Include your account email if the issue concerns your account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, invitation codes or sensitive evidence.
Your information
Use the same contact address to request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to raise a concern about information shared by another member. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting.
Parents and guardians
Kaizen is only for people aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, contact us and we will restrict it and help with a copy or deletion of its information. Do not send identity documents in your initial email.
